Tax Registration / deregistration of foreign companies acting on the territory of the Russian Federation (the Interdistrict Inspectorate of Federal Tax Service # 47 of Moscow
Our company provides full legal support in tax registration of foreign companies acting on the territory of the Russian Federation and companies with real estate and/or transport facilities in the assets.
If foreign company is acting or is going to act in Moscow through the permanent establishment during the period over 30 calendar days in the year (continuously or in total) it has to be registered in the Interdistrict Inspectorate of Federal Tax Service # 47 of Moscow not later than in 30 days from the start of the activity. If period of activity amounts to less than 30 calendar days, tax registration accomplishes by submitting of the certain notification to the Interdistrict Inspectorate of Federal Tax Service # 47 before the start of the activity.
Foreign companies are to acquire tax registration if they have in their property or ownership or at their disposal or in their use real estate objects and/or transport facilities (including transport facilities imported by them to the Russian Federation). The application for tax registration should be submitted to the tax authority within 30 days from the date of registration of proprietary rights or/and right of use or/and right of disposal of real estate or transport facilities or importation of mentioned objects to the Russian Federation, and in the absence of legal requirements of registration, - within 30 days from the date of acquisition of mentioned rights.
After the registration, the tax authority provides for the foreign company the Certificate, which contains Tax Payer Number and the Tax Registration Reason Code.
