Accreditation of Representative offices and Branches of foreign companies
1) The statutory costs and terms for a Branch/Representative office Accreditation are the following:

2) Our professional fee for a Branch/Representative office Accreditation is 1385 USD and includes the following:
- drafting of registration documents of a legal entity;
- company state registration;
- company registration as taxpayer;
- approving the seal design and manufacturing the corporate seal;
- company registration with the State Statistics Committee;
- company registration with the state funds (the Social Security Fund, the Pension Fund and the Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance).
3) In addition to the abovementioned statutory costs and our professional fee you have to pay for notary certification and documents translation.
The main difference between the Branch and Representative office is that the Branch can perform any commercial activity (as the head office does), and represent the interests of the head office. The Representative office is only able to represent the interests of the head office (no commercial activity).
